Kids Sleep Calculator
I've mentioned that our fairy doors can be used as parenting tools and here I suggest using them for motivating your kids to stay in bed.
If you're struggling with bedtimes, check out this handy kids sleep calculator to make sure you are in the right ballpark for bedtime. You know if you're child needs more or less than the average and this calculator offers various times to suit yours.
Leave notes in the mailbox for the kids from the fairies praising them for not getting out of bed, perhaps even $0.50, or a ticket for a trip to the park. Young kids thrive on motivation and reward.
Naughty or Nice?
It's great to see how our customers are getting the most our of our Fairy Doors and having some Christmas Fun.
Here's a pic from Sarah Thomas, she says 'the elves are moving around the house every night in the lead up to Christmas to check out who's on the naughty or nice list!. Thanks My wee fairy door for helping with the Christmas magic
A great way to have fun with our doors.
Combine with a miniature mailbox and leave a message each night with a 'naughty' or 'nice'. Super motivational😉
Thanks for share Sarah x
Fairytale Map Tip
Welcome to the enchanted world of fairy doors and my first blog!
The magic of our doors for children is how they unleash their imagination and create delight in the stories they tell. And a wonderful way to enhance the magic is to leave special notes, items and even presents for very good behavior.
Here we have examples of fairytale maps. Age them with a little crinkle, sprinkle with a little magic dust, tie them with a ribbon or a small piece of rope and leave by their fairy door to find in the morning. Wow! A secret map of their own fairies enchanted land. Don't forget to name their fairy xo.
